Lenide is a long term manager with Christian Living Communities with her start as the Assistant Director at Someren Glen. Lenide is a very knowledgeable front of the house manager who is well known to "have the answers" She is the light of this Holly Creek team
Executive Chef
Chef Nathan Lacy joined the Holly Creek team in February 2020. Chef Nate has extensive experience in Compass Group prior to joining and leading the Holly Creek culinary team. Chef Nate is recognized through his international flavors, stability and stoic style of leadership
Hospitality Manager
Brooke-Lynn Jeffries joined the Holly Creek team in the Summer of 2021. Brooke-Lynn is an impassioned, well organized professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Brooke-Lynn owns the Restaurant Front of the House operations for the Holly Creek Restaurants and our extensive event programming.
Executive Sous Chef
Chef Ryan Kennedy joined the Holly Creek team in June of 2020. Chef Ryan is a highly accomplished culinary chef manager. Chef Ryan can most often be found behind the scenes ensuring our special events and restaurant teams are well prepared to present for the day
